Vice President, Professional Services 1997 to 2005. Part of senior management team with leadership responsibility for all aspects of patient care through approximately 150 employed full-time Doctors in 22 states with a payroll of approximately $18M. - Responsibilities included all Doctor recruitment and retention, interviews, contract and salary negotiation, credentialing, training and orientation, setting and maintaining standards of care, peer review and conflict resolution. - Represented company at conventions, meetings, and professional colleges throughout the United States. - Established and monitored standards of care of all doctors associated with company. - Product development and evaluation. Budget planning and Profit & Loss responsibility for department. - Developed strategic vendor partnerships.
