I have worked in organizations like Concentrix, Convergys, WNS and Genpact. I have worked extensively on Skill development, built Talent Management models, designed Assessment Centers, conducted Organizational Design programs and designed Competency Frameworks and Career Paths for people in the organization. I have also worked extensively on Wellness and Mental Wellbeing programs for employees. As the founder of Learrning Canvas-I firmly believes that every Student should understand their unique personality traits, strength, interests, and opportunities through validated psychometric and competency based behavioral assessments. This self-awareness will empower them to make informed choices about their education and career paths. My interest in this subject grew as a mother of twin sons each with distinct personalities. To help them appreciate their differences positively, I explored the DMIT tool which became a turning point in understanding and nurturing their individual strengths. This experience deepened my conviction that no two children are alike and that comparison hinders growth. Instead we must guide them to discover and develop their own unique potential.”
