Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable procurement strategies. Assist TPC by participating in joint procurement initiatives with multiple business units to attain utmost value for money and optimize cost savings. Act as the primary point of contact for all procurement-related matters within the Transport and RAN categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Oversee the strategic sourcing process, including supplier identification, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management, to secure favorable terms and conditions. Actively support purchasing activities such as procure-to-pay (P2P) operations, purchase order (PO) issuance, and payments to ensure seamless transaction processing. Utilize the COUPA P2P platform for purchasing activities, including straight re-buy, modified re-buy, and new purchases, while achieving shorter turnaround times and enhancing efficiency. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks within the Transport and RAN categories, providing insights for informed decision-making. Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, driving continuous improvement and innovation in product quality, service delivery, and cost optimization. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against established metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary to uphold quality standards and meet business objectives. Prepare and present procurement reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior management, highlighting achievements, cost savings, and process improvements within the Transport and RAN categories.
