The role is an integral part of sales by handling service-related issues and achieving a mutually beneficial resolution for the travel trade, customers and United. Duties: Assuming responsibility and accountability for completing assignments or tasks. Provide inside sale support via telephone and email to travel agencies and corporate accounts across multiple European markets (Italy, UK, Portugal, France, Spain and Off-Line Countries). Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related issues within Europe’s sales organization for United’s contracted agents and corporate customers. Provide reservation related and post-ticketing assistance to offer innovative solutions that create win/win situations for both the customer and United Airlines. Provide timely and informative responses to contracted agent, corporate customers and field sales inquiries in a professional Coordinate with other United divisions (i.e. baggage, reservations etc.) to mediate and resolve customer’s issues.
