My role is focused on translating complexity into structure, and structure into growth.
Marketing & Brand Strategy
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with Q-Tax’s vision of clarity, compliance, and sustainable growth.
• Manage brand identity, messaging, and tone across all platforms, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
• Plan and coordinate campaigns, service launches, and client communications that support business development and retention.
• Oversee digital presence, including website content, social media, and client-facing materials.
Content Creation & Communication
• Create and manage clear, informative, and engaging content that simplifies accounting, tax, and compliance concepts for clients.
• Develop written, visual, and digital content for marketing, education, and internal use.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely, relevant communication aligned with regulatory timelines and business cycles.
Compliance & Governance Management
• Oversee compliance frameworks in line with SARS, CIPC, POPIA, and industry regulations.
• Develop, maintain, and implement internal policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions, audits, and internal controls in collaboration with management and external advisors.
• Ensure staff awareness and adherence to compliance processes through structured systems and documentation.
Service Systems, Processes & Workflow Coordination
• Design, implement, and optimise service delivery systems to improve efficiency, consistency, and client experience.
• Standardise workflows across bookkeeping, tax, compliance, and advisory services.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, service tracking, deadlines, and reporting structures.
• Identify gaps, streamline processes, and support the implementation of new tools and technologies.
Strategic Support & Business Enablement
• Act as a bridge between operations, marketing, and compliance to ensure strategic alignment across the firm.
• Support management with reporting, insights, and process improvements.
• Enable scalable growth by ensuring systems, communication, and compliance structures evolve alongside the business.
