Pinpoint ™, a special market research tool for segmentation-targeting-positioning research, is a trademark product of Synovate. Roles of the champion of this product are: 1. Help the management to develop business from the product. 2. Provide resources and expertise to colleagues handling projects 3. Conduct training to colleagues 4. Provide administrative support to colleagues. This includes collecting new updates from other PinPoint™ champions at other Synovate offices throughout the region, and distributing it to colleagues in Indonesia office.
