Nov. 2011 - Sep. 2023Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of People Business Partners and People Operations Partners for assigned client accounts across Zempleo. Responsible for developing client service strategy based on an in-depth understanding of each client’s needs, historical trends, and strategic priorities. Responsible for developing trusted and meaningful relationships to continually evaluate and improve the client relationship while strengthening the account team’s skill sets. Responsible for fostering a team culture that embraces change and can continually deliver in a dynamic environment with competing priorities. Responsible for operational accuracy of processes and policies related to onboarding, and employee relations, as well as ensuring all internal and client requirements are being completed in a timely manner and are contractually compliant. CLIENT MANAGEMENT Accountable for ensuring client satisfaction in all areas of our relationship and will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with all contractual requirements. TEAM MANAGEMENT Accountability for full team management across the division to include providing direction on account management as well as individual development. Responsible for the day-to-day management of six direct reports. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT Work closely with the team and cross-functional departments to ensure overall operations are accurate and efficient. Actively work to identify process improvements and work closely with other members of management to create internal operations strategy and address any areas in need of improvement. STRATEGIC PLANNING Accountable for driving management and strategy for all assigned accounts, internal account teams, and overall company goals and values. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Responsible for oversight of budget and maintaining a full understanding of company financial objectives.
