• Qualify opportunities directly with department managers and directors

• Responsible for recruiter management as well as fulfillment and operations
• Identify and develop new and existing client relationships via phone, email, in-person meetings, etc.
• Responsible for growing territory by lead generation
• Cold call potential clients to sell services for their open positions.
• Market services and talent to fulfill human capital needs for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions for administrative support, clerical accounting, marketing, HR, customer service, and more.
• Consult hiring managers to take job orders and serve as a client partner through the candidate selection process.
• Manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Collaborate with sales and recruiting teammates to fill open positions and cross-sell other lines of business.
• Market candidates for open positions and to attract new business.
• Achieve established sales and performance goals.
• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
