Critical vendor relationship working with a 3rd party on financial and tax transformation initiatives using Agile/Waterfall project management experience. Using my project experience in Corporate Finance functions (Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Audit). Extensive use of SharePoint, Jira, MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, Automation, Data Provisioning, TIBCO, Single Sign On, Active Directory (rules based access), and Security (Okta). This project is also expected to seamlessly integrate a recent acquisition. This initiative is part of a contemplated and comprehensive Tax Transformation, which will be closely coordinated with the broader Nassau Re Finance Transformation. A critical component of the Tax Transformation includes Direct/Indirect tax and Sales & Use Tax preparation and reporting. • Used and designed a logical program structure to build/maintain a detailed project plan that includes business tasks, IT tasks, and vendor tasks in one holistic plan • Coordinated and ensured analysis of business functions, processes and needs • Managed tactical project lifecycle process, sign-offs, and project administration with strong documentation and audit trail • Managed, motivated, and drove the project team to execute with credibility and professionalism • Familiarity with accounting workflow, accounts payable, and tax business processes helped tremendously • Utilized my business process design experience • Confident, articulate communicator verbally and in writing; able to work with detail but also good at summarizing for executive level communication • Able to operate highly flexibly, handle change and stay composed under pressure
