I have a background in customer success, onboarding, training, and property technology (PropTech), with extensive experience supporting enterprise and mid-market clients across Australia. I have spent the last 5 years working remote in a SaaS environment, where I am a trainer across three core platforms and an active member of the Product Expert team, providing deep system knowledge, advanced support, and guidance across complex client environments. Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with stakeholders across operations, finance, and technology teams, delivering system implementations, structured onboarding, and tailored training to drive strong platform adoption and long-term client success. I’m known for my ability to translate complex technical systems into clear, practical solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes for property businesses. Prior to moving into PropTech, I spent four years working as a Property Manager, giving me strong, hands-on industry knowledge and a practical understanding of real estate operations, compliance, and day-to-day workflows. This experience allows me to bridge the gap between software capability and real-world property management needs. Alongside my corporate experience, I’ve built and managed multiple digital and e-commerce ventures, including AI-driven content brands and online product businesses. This has strengthened my commercial mindset, adaptability, and hands-on understanding of digital marketing, automation, and growth strategy.
