I have spent the last 5 years working remote in a SaaS environment, where I am a trainer across three core platforms and an active member of the Product Expert team, providing deep system knowledge, advanced support, and guidance across complex client environments.

Prior to moving into PropTech, I spent four years working as a Property Manager, giving me strong, hands-on industry knowledge and a practical understanding of real estate operations, compliance, and day-to-day workflows.
