Francis BINUYO Abridged Profile Mr. Binuyo has over twenty-eight years’ experience in the fields of management consulting, agricultural marketing and finance, business development and services provision, environmental management, inclusive green economy and trade, sustainability, development of micro small and medium enterprises, human capital development, poverty reduction, development of local participatory development plans, and capacity building with micro small-scale entrepreneurs. In particular, he provides strategic and tactical guidance for effective performance management. He is a certified Accreditation Assessor of Business Quality Certification for building trust in trade under the STAREGISTER International, certification. Francis is an alumnus of l’Ecole nationale d’administration (ENA) of Paris, France. He is a Fellow of LEAD (Leadership for Environment and Development) International based in London. A network of professionals across 90 countries. Francis consults for Konrad Adenauer Stiftung a German Foundation responsible for democratic governance and national development interventions. He was Head Accreditation and Curriculum Development, responsible for Accreditation, Quality Assurance, Monitoring and Evaluation. BINUYO consulted for the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) Nigeria under the Nigeria Electricity and Gas Integration Programme (NEGIP) as a Strategic and Tactical Expert, for South-South Cooperation Assignment. Prior to this assignment, he was responsible for Capacity Building and Human Capital Development activities – through Needs Analysis, Design, Development and Monitoring & Evaluation – on Strategic Management, Total Quality Management, Organizational Re-engineering, Environmental Management, Sustainable Livelihood, and Poverty Reduction Strategy Programmes with CMD.
