Sep. 2020 - May. 2024Okinawa, Japan- Dropped unemployment rate for Soldiers leaving Torii Station from 50% upon arrival to less than 4% for FY22 Q3, FY22 Q4, & FY 23 Q1 through use of data analysis of unemployment applicants and communication with commands. - Defense Equal Opportunity Organizational Climate Survey (DEOCS) team, working with EEO and Command Team in order to find courses of action to improve the climate for all workforce. - Communication with IMCOM and HRC regarding program policies; monthly reporting for surveillance of TAP Contract. Developed partnerships with transition programs throughout the Pacific leading to the first Pacific all branch (USMC, MCCS; USN, & USAF) TAP call in November of 2022. - Regularly reviews work of contractors and staff to ensure compliance with inspections throughout the year. Site Security Manager, ID Cards / Deers / Rapids. - Joined forces with R2, Army Substance Abuse and Military Personnel to bolster Army TAP programming. - Provides guidance and advises for resolving conflicts to ensure the best services possible. - Collaborated with ACES (Army Continuing Education) in order to begin quarterly events in 2023 to advertise all DHR services. - Supervised staff of local national, civilian and contractor from both MPD and TAP. - Created the Healthier Workforce Initiative Program, beginning April 2023, with hopes of continuing to be a semi-annual event for the Garrison staff.
