Bina Nusantara UniversityLearning Program Coordinator
Mar. 2012 - Dec. 2012JakartaAs the Learning Program Lead for a group with over 1,000 employees, I was responsible for designing and executing end-to-end learning strategies, spanning technical skills, soft skills, and leadership development across all business units, including academic staff like lecturers and teachers. I led the full learning cycle from training needs analysis (TNA), program design, execution, evaluation, to IDP consultations. I also developed comprehensive training modules, including syllabi, assessments, facilitator guides, and evaluation tools (Level 1–3), ensuring every learning experience was impactful and measurable. Key initiatives included: 🔹 Launching the first-ever Leadership Training Program for 300+ leaders—designed to be engaging, visual, and interactive. 🔹 Driving a new learning culture by applying project management principles to training operations, including flagship programs like English Proficiency Enhancement and Microsoft Office Literacy for all employees. 🔹 Standardizing soft skill modules that were later adopted and benchmarked by lecturers for their own teaching sessions. Beyond delivery, I managed a team of trainers, mentors, and content developers; facilitated train-the-trainer and coaching programs; and led strategic collaboration with consultants to design the organization's Corporate University framework. I also developed and coordinated Executive Learning Series and Leadership Development Programs for all levels, ensuring alignment with competency frameworks and business goals. Through structured learning, coaching, and strategic alignment, I enabled a scalable, sustainable, and people-centered development culture.
