Sep. 2014 - Sep. 2015Toronto, Canada Area• Responsible for all supply chain applications, warehouse management systems (Manhattan & Dallas), Tecsys, JDA - E3 and C3 for dock scheduling • Responsible for all the enhancement projects initiatives required by the business to increase production• • Responsible for leading all project management components from initiation to post implementation of a set of projects that is connected to a single deliverable or set of deliverables; • Accountable for managing the overall program schedule, utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately; • Responsible for identifying key resources and providing the direction required for meeting the project objectives; • Responsible for managing change to project scope and taking active leadership in timely decision making; • Accountable to identify issues and risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure that project deliverables are met; • Accountable for timely reporting to all key stakeholders, the project sponsor and the PMO; • Accountable for understanding how each project aligns with corporate strategies and ensuring that the portfolio of projects contained within the program deliver maximum results with the most efficient use of assigned resources; • Accountable for adherence to the company’s project methodology; • Accountable for providing feedback on cross-functional resources to aid reporting managers in performance assessment; • Coach and mentor other Project Managers on the project management tactics and techniques including the methodology; • Ensure all projects within the program meet IT governance requirements. • Reports to Application Portfolio Director o responsible for managing the day-to-day engagement between IT and the respective Business Unit: ⁃ Framing and advocating Business needs within IT for their respective application portfolio; o to be continued - refer to the the attached resume
