Performance Evaluation & PIP Program - Transitioned training into next phase: Performance Evaluation and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) - Successfully reduced employees under PIP from >30% down to <8% per month across all levels 4. Training System Adaptation & Business Alignment - Shifted training focus from purely management training to project-based learning - Designed and delivered training programs for new products such as B2BR and Cold Chain, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and full compliance with customer requirements 5. Commercial Training - Built and delivered training programs for the Commercial/Sales team - Ensured newly onboarded sales representatives quickly achieve performance targets - Provided technical and practical training to enable seamless customer acquisition and onboarding processes
