Sep. 2021 - Apr. 2022Manage Team of 67 Compliance, Onboarding, and Expiring Specialists (both in office and remotely) Manage workload and re-allocation of resources to process, on average, 140+ compliance files on a weekly basis with a minimum 85% cleared by target percentage Ensure team maintains under 20 pushed files each week, and review those files with Team Leads to check for any internal team related issues/gaps in knowledge Provide coaching/counseling to Team to maintain day to day functions Evaluate and process “Do Not Rehire/Do Not Use” cases, terminations, clinical/professional counseling calls with Clinical Liaison Partner with Sales/Recruitment/Human Resources on Joint Commission processes, procedures, and audits (completed and passed Joint Commission audits in 2018 and 2020) Problem resolution for escalated situations, providing superior customer service to both internal and external contacts Promptly address and present resolutions for any complaint and/or concern with sales, recruitment, and clients Implement new policies and procedures for department Reconcile and approve weekly credit card statements
