Oversee creation of processes and methods to gather sample supply data; Process data, identifying problematic areas and suggesting improvements and changes via sample channels optimizations Focus to understand how digital is contributing to the ecosystem, measuring ad effectiveness, intelligently triggering geo-location and passive metering, for a more holistic view of the market, with collaboration across Ipsos clients, publishers and media agencies
Set budget to reach the right mix and developing the plan for hard-to-reach audience or/and emerging markets. Define technical and creative requirements for the development of online campaigns, sources of traffic, incentives, creatives etc.
Collaborate with other departments to identify liabilities, opportunities and close operational gaps
Focus on cost management and business growth in all interactions
