As a commercial and digital transformation executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across telecommunications, FinTech, and the public sector, I’m passionate about driving sustainable growth through innovation, strategy, and partnerships. From launching Malawi’s first national mobile money platform (Mpamba) to developing digital ecosystems and device-financing solutions that expand access to connectivity, I’ve focused my career on translating vision into measurable growth. Currently serving as Director of Administration at the Ministry of Information and Digitalization, I continue to contribute to Malawi’s national digital agenda — aligning organizational processes, technology, and governance with a forward-looking digital economy. Previously, I held senior roles at Telekom Networks Malawi Plc, where I led divisions in Commercial Partnerships, Devices, Brand & Marketing, and Enterprise Solutions. These roles honed my expertise in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation — achieving consistent growth and brand leadership in highly competitive markets. In parallel, I’m an entrepreneur and advisor — Founder of Nyengo.mw, Malawi’s first localized e-commerce marketplace, and Managing Partner at Nyengo Consulting, a strategic advisory firm focused on digital transformation and innovation. I also serve as an Executive Member at Year97 Capital Partners Ltd, a private venture firm supporting Malawian startups.
