Media Communication responsibilities • Managed end-to-end orchestration, implementation and reporting of integrated marketing and communication campaigns, analyzing funnels and media plan effectiveness, providing recommendations to clients on optimization opportunities. • Managed and liaised with media partners and negotiated new contracts to reduce cost and increase media value impact. • Planned and delivered cross-media plans which includes TV, OOH/DOOH, Radio, Print, Mobile and digital to optimize client touchpoints and increase its visibility Business administration responsibilities • Pitched and won many new clients to ensure a significant increase in company turnover which has led to 22% uplift in client billing from 2016-2018 • Organized and hosted several training sessions to align all third parties to clients’ vision et their annual key priorities. Which has helped to reduce to 50% campaigns kick-off • Participated in Marketing Brand plan workshops for many clients to define yearly strategic directions to be taken for each brand category • Worked with Hub Leads and Country Managers to design local branches (Côte d’Ivoire, Gabon, Senegal) go to market strategy and pitch for new clients
