I reported directly to the VP & Director of Bill Review and collaborated closely with the former COO and the former CBDO to ensure smooth operations and alignment across teams. WellRithms, Inc. is in the software development phase for medical claim review and bill auditing, which is at the core of its medical cost containment solutions. As the sole Account Manager during a pivotal growth phase, I conducted and led client meetings, produced performance reports, led client implementations and optimized onboarding procedures to guarantee smooth program transitions and boost client retention. I played a role with creating internal tools that were tailored workflows for clients in AWS Quicksights, Asana, and CRM platforms to enhance service operations and minimize onboarding duration. As a subject matter expert, I consulted with cross-departmental teammates to execute thorough account management strategies for new clients, elevating the client experience and improving operational efficiency. Key Accomplishments:
✯ Cultivated and sustained strong B2B client relationships with 8 key and strategic accounts, driving service line development and program enhancements that resulted in high client satisfaction and successful contract renewals. ✯ Identified and capitalized on growth opportunities through comprehensive analysis of client program data, contributing to contract extensions, including a major project value increase from $90,000 to over $800,000 within one year of the project production. ✯ Led the development of policies for customer service and complaint tracking, enhancing operational transparency and ensuring consistent, proactive support for clients.
