Mar. 2022 - Dec. 2022California, United States● Drive expansion and adoption of BrightEdge within the assigned customer book of 50+ clients, including routine cadence calls, stakeholder buy-in activities, performance projects, trainings, demos, platform and SEO evangelism, implementation/roll-out, configuration assistance. ● In-depth coaching meetings to coach and strategize with individual clients on: o Key Term Gaps o Lead content strategies and initiatives to strengthen organic growth o Assist with technical SEO and problem solves o Development of defined SEO dashboards to assist teams in hyper-focused KPI reporting o Educate teams on SEO news, Google updates, and relevant topics specific to their brand o Strategize new ways to increase leads, adjust websites, and coach development teams to align with SEO needs ● Deliver QBRs and EBRs to highlight customer growth and opportunities identified in the platform ● Promote new innovations and features across all customers to support upsell opportunities ● Pair with Strategic Account Manager to meet POD retention and upsell goals per KPIs ● Highlights o President’s Club winner 2021 o Largest upsell in an Enterprise book; ↑ 745% Growth from 2020-present. o Year over year, recognized as the most “Customer-centric” CSM by Senior Leadership o Since start with BrightEdge: ▪ Successfully onboarded over 100 users to the platform ▪ Delivered over 40 Executive Business Reviews ▪ Presented over 30 SEO 101s, with intent to grow adoption and identify SEO champs
