Jan. 2012 - Dec. 2015Cairo, Egypt• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by collecting resumes, screening, filtering and conducting personal interviews. • Hiring, resignation and termination procedures by caring of collecting hiring documents, creating social insurance forms, creating bank accounts and issuing medical and life insurance. • Payroll (collect information, obtain supervisory approvals, obtain overtime approvals, update employee payroll records, issue paychecks, process pay-card payments, calculate payroll taxes and answer questions from employees related to payroll topics. • Perform daily work (HR letters, HR forms, drafting employment annual contracts, etc). • Prepare required documents to obtain different kinds of visas.
