Dec. 2016 - Feb. 2020Nairobi• Achieving an annual Sales Target Kshs. 78,000,000 in terms of value and units for tyres and service revenue from vehicle services e.g. wheel alignment, balancing, oil change, shocks fitting, car wash, vehicle accessories etc. • Enforcing the company’s policies principles and procedures in terms of human resource, environment, safety, audit, finance etc. • Coming up with the year’s balanced scorecards for the service attendants and administrator as well as performance evaluation and steering staff towards their goals both within and outside the company. • Inspiring and motivating staff every day by having short 5 minutes meeting to track the progress of sales and see on what to do differently as well as set daily targets to achieve that, listening to their grievances and offering solutions etc. • Interpreting, analyzing and producing sales & financial data from the daily sales via Managers Daily Report, Operational Plan, Petty Cash Management, Utility Bills and Suppliers Bills. • Liaising with external suppliers e.g. cleaners, security guards, alarm management system, bin collection services, newspaper vendor, soft drinks vending machine suppliers etc. • Handling Corporate clients sales, participating in tenders and prequalification’s, debt management from creditors, creating LPOs for items that need outsourcing, creating new business by opening accounts and bringing new clients on board.
