Staff Supervision & Training: - Recruit, train, and mentor employees to maintain high service standards. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback. - Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and professionalism. 3. Customer Service & Satisfaction: - Ensure excellent guest experiences by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly. - Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies for improvement. - Maintain a high level of hospitality and guest engagement. 4. Financial & Cost Control: - Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to maximize profitability. - Control operational costs, including inventory, staffing, and utilities. - Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality and service. - Work closely with accounting to track financial performance and set targets. 5. Inventory & Supply Chain Management: - Oversee procurement of food, beverages, and operational supplies. - Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste. - Build relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. 6. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements: - Ensure adherence to local laws, including labor laws, health and safety regulations, and business licensing. 7. Marketing & Business Development: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract and retain customers. - Implement promotions, events, and loyalty programs to boost sales. - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
