•Served as the first point of contact in the selection and hiring process by conducting supervisory and mid-level manager interviews, process position requisitions, create job postings, conduct background checks, extend offer letters and new hire paperwork.
•Conducted New Hire Orientation training twice per month, including sexual harassment, benefits, active shooter skills training, and employee discount programs.
•Served as the initial point of contact for Worker’s Compensation, Family Medical Leave (FMLA), Military Leave, Leave of Absence (LOA), ADA, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability.
•Served as the Subject Matter Expert for NEOGov (HR PASS), providing support to the HR Generalists population as it relates to recruiting and onboarding.
