I implemented and led the global employee engagement initiatives, including quarterly satisfaction surveys, monthly all-hands meetings, company-wide events, and team-building activities. This facilitated a sense of connection, purpose, and culture across geographically distributed teams. As HR Business Partner for Spain, Serbia, and LATAM, I supported a team of 30 by managing essential HR functions, including performance evaluations, salary adjustments, promotions, conflict resolution, recruitment, and health and safety compliance. I led the successful implementation of an HRIS system, which greatly enhanced the efficiency and accessibility of HR services for both employees and the internal team. I directly managed and trained the Office Manager in Serbia, supporting her development and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, I optimized office procedures in both Spain and Serbia, streamlining workflows and reducing operational costs to support scalable, efficient growth. I developed a leadership training program and implemented the performance management process aligned with the company's core values. In addition, I played a key role in shaping global communication practices, improving internal and external communications, and enhancing Cognativ’s visibility on LinkedIn and Glassdoor. This experience allowed me to combine strategy with empathy, contributing to a workplace culture where people felt valued, heard, and aligned with the company's vision.
