Jan. 2015 - Sep. 2020London, United KingdomUniversity & Community partnerships -Co-develop modules, short courses, placements, seminars and workshops to be delivered in higher education, cultural and commercial institutions -Lead on or support funding bids for research projects with higher education or research-based institutions -Design and deliver research projects in collaboration with academics, businesses and third sector organisations -Negotiate fees, contracts and funding agreements with clients (HE institutions, heritage orgs etc.) -Develop entrepreneurial projects to maximise on the commercial potential of this area of work -Lead on the creation of high-quality assets to help with the delivery and to promote our offer -Continue ongoing research project on internal assets, exploring how they can be implemented in contexts outside the creative sector -Organise events internally and externally -Build and maintain relationships with local community organisations and universities nation-wide -Manage the Research & Partnerships budget sustainably, reaching a target of £40,000 annually Lead Evaluator- Social change projects -Support in providing a long-term vision for the relationships of research, evaluation and creative social change within the wider organisation -Design and manage a social impact evaluation plan for social change projects -Train teams on data collection and analysis -Support the strategic development of these projects -Write and design evaluation reports -Provide evaluation support and advice for other BAC projects and programmes Lead Producer & Evaluator- Agents of Creative Change -Lead on the delivery of nine creative social change projects annually -Recruit artists and public and third sector professionals to develop new creative social change projects -Support funding bids for the individual projects and the wider development of the programme -Write strategic reports and provide monitoring information for evaluation, demonstrating the social impact of the programme
