Jul. 2022Dakar, Senegal- Recruiting in diverse sectors of activities ( Oil & Gas, Fintech, Construction, Logistics, Communication, NGO...) - Analysing hiring needs, building effective sourcing & assessment - Conducting full life-cycle recruitment for regular and proposal openings - Conducting strategic recruitments, sourcing, oversight of interview scheduling - Interview assessments, oversight of reference checking, coordination for offer recommendation, coordination for delivery of job offer. - Lead recruitment discussions with Hiring Managers, Business Developers and interview teams to ensure complete understanding of the job requirements and qualifications needed to fill the role - Work closely with HR team to own candidate experience from initial interview through offer and ensure proper transition with HR colleagues for relocation and orientation stages Founded in 2005, Aldelia a London-based HR agency focused on recruitment . The company had already achieved significant success within the information technology market and opened new offices in Tunisia, Congo and Gabon.
