Accomplishments: - Increased brand awareness resulting in 3x more new patients, 16% increase in overall revenue, and 13% increase in filled prescriptions at Equitas Health. - Established a new work management system that improved team efficiency by 32%. Responsibilities: - Developed of Equitas Health’s communication strategy, directly managing communications activities that promote, enhance, and protect the organization's brand reputation. - Managed a broad range of public relations activities relative to the strategic direction and positioning of the organization and its leadership. - Served as an ambassador and spokesperson for the organization at public meetings and in the media. - Managed varied and integrated communications programs and services including: annual report, website, social media, emails, videos, blogs, podcasts, etc. - Used project management methodologies to lead projects that supported nine service areas and directly supervised five staff. - Led project kick off meetings to develop project plans and resource allocations. - Set deadlines for incremental goals, allocated budget and worked across technical and executive teams to ensure all individuals were properly consulted, informed, and held accountable. - Coached team members and other departments on PM approach and lessons learned.
