Ensured test alignment with delivery milestones and business expectations. Defect & Quality Management: Oversaw defect triage and resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and ensured closure within defined SLAs. Collaborated with developers, analysts, and product teams to resolve high-impact issues. Program Coordination & Governance: Facilitated cross-team collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and delivery tracking through structured meetings, dashboards, and milestone reviews. Documentation & Compliance: Delivered comprehensive technical documentation including Test Strategy, Test Plans, Exit Reports, and release support materials aligned to IBM’s quality standards.
