• Redesigned the IT SharePoint site to clearly distinguish internal and external IT functions: improving end-user navigation and access to support services by creating intuitive, role-specific pages for each IT area (e.g., Security, Service Management, End User Support). Built and maintained SharePoint sites for better understanding of the functions of division areas within IT.
