Within the Architecture Team, the Visual Merchandising team is in charge of the execution of the VM brand’s guidelines and its adaptation to the regional specificities across Fragrance, Make-up, Skincare, and Fashion Accessories (Eyewear and Jewelry). Campaign updates: To support and follow up with local markets (agents and subsidiaries) on their specific needs and requests, to ensure all the yearly updates based on central guidelines and regional marketing plan. Openings: Ensure all visual merchandising elements produced on time, at the best negotiated rates, and respecting Dior quality standards for the new openings, in close collaboration with the Architect in charge of the project and the Central team. VM Training: Train the local markets (agent and subsidiaries) on visual merchandising, in order to get Visual Merchandising Ambassadors in each market, make them autonomous and ensure regional consistency on visual merchandising execution.
