May. 2021Montreal, Quebec, Canada- Oversee the QA/QC and Deployment of in-house systems to meet project sponsor needs. Lead the development and implementation of Quality and Delivery strategies to achieve optimal ROI;
- Direct and manage 20+ resources (incl. on-share, offshore and near-shore) through subordinate

- As Quality Leader of CN's strategic $450M SAP S/4HANA transformation project, build the QA / QC teams from zero, establish the QA/QC strategies and processes for both project and post-release support;
- Sponsor the Quality and DevSecOps Community of Practices to strengthen best practices of coding standard, test design/execution/automation, CI/CT/CD pipelines, governance, etc
- Advocate continuous improvements mindset to other stakeholders and direct reports. Monitor the QA/QC processes against established standards, identify gaps in process and team performance, and then develop solutions and improvement plans;
- People management: Forecast, hire, onboard and grow employees, conducted perform evaluation and compensation review, etc;
- Plan CapEx and OpEx budget, manage CapEx-to-OpEx ratio by optimizing the resource allocation.
