Oct. 2023Led the replacement and modernization of Central Registry and Background Investigation systems, improving safety and stability for children, families, and communities. These systems screen applicants for roles involving children, including adoption, foster care, and education professionals. Served as co-PM and Scrum Master, resolving team challenges by configuring JIRA to streamline processes and improve workflow. Created dashboards and reports to enhance visibility and align project updates with client and leadership expectations. Led the migration of a police recruitment app from one Salesforce Org to another in a fast-paced, “lift-and-shift” project. Replicated user configuration, automation, apex code, and data migration, successfully completing the seven-week project in just two weeks. Led a team of 12 to implement Phase 2 of a Salesforce Watershed MVP App for inspecting government and commercial assets. Delivered 9 enhancements, including DC311 and Quickbase integrations, while managing JIRA setup, project planning, and allocations. Also launched an MVP underwriter CRM solution featuring a 360° Broker Relationship View for streamlined submission management.
