• Manage team of proposal estimators with the creation & review of cyber project proposals. •Created checklist and playbook for use by estimator to ensure accuracy of documents. •Designed training deck and presented training sessions to estimator team & contract managers in other business units. ·Act as liaison to Corporate Sanctions & Compliance. Perform screenings (Descartes, Visual Compliance, Corporate Compliance Tool, etc.) to review for Sanctions, Exports & Denied Parties, etc. Maintain database & lists of current embargoed countries, etc. ·Contract management including drafting, interpretation, negotiation, contract review, and administration of complex customer agreements ·Advise and support internal customers including Sales, Product Management, and collaborate with other divisions of Honeywell on cybersecurity matters, contractual rights & obligations, and providing interpretation of terms and conditions specific to cybersecurity; provide add-on terms to existing agreements for cyber deals · Research any “hits” in initial sanctions screening to eliminate false positives & to streamline business deals · Collaborate with Compliance to mitigate risks with any positive hits and explore alternatives to maintain deals ·Interpret terms, negotiate contracts, draft agreements, identify risks in agreements ·Develop metrics and analytics for compliance with Honeywell requirements for cybersecurity terms and conditions ·Audit cybersecurity contracts and review for potential issues arising from use of non-standard terms; develop remediation plan for contractual outliers ·Improve standard templates to improve the speed, quality, and simplicity of the contract formation and management processes without compromising compliance – reducing friction with Sales and Product teams
