Designing and delivering accessible, citizen-centered digital solutions for government projects with high social impact, covering healthcare, public safety, and digital services. Pharmacy Digital Led the UI design and interface development for the new website, implementing WCAG-compliant color contrast accessibility. Streamlined the process for requesting, renewing, and adjusting high-cost medications, aiming to reduce wait times and improve citizen experience. Protect Women (Protege Mulher) Designed end-to-end user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes; applied accessibility best practices and conducted usability testing. The platform maps and supports women in vulnerable situations, enabling the reporting of sexual harassment, unwanted sexual advances, domestic violence threats, and sexual assault. Features include a virtual assistant, camouflage mode, and access to support networks. LIS – Plain Language AI Created the landing page layout, user onboarding flow, and AI interaction interface. Delivered low- and high-fidelity prototypes to enhance clarity and accessibility in revising the State’s public Service Charters. Government of Pernambuco Design System: Reviewed and optimized components, microinteractions, and dark mode; performed usability testing and designed the system’s landing page to promote adoption across government agencies. Women’s Observatory of Pernambuco (Observatório Feminino de Pernambuco) – A digital platform designed to centralize and publish strategic data across multiple areas such as health, education, labor, political participation, and, especially, combating violence against women — one of the core pillars of the initiative. Led desk and qualitative research, developed personas, mapped user journeys, and created low- and high-fidelity wireframes. Also designed the platform’s visual identity.
