and monitoring cash flow and cost centers within the Navis system,
ensuring operational liquidity and financial support for projects.
Invoicing and Billing Cycle Control: Structuring and improving the
collection system to reduce delinquency, managing invoicing, issuance of
tax documents, and accounts receivable to optimize the cash conversion
cycle.
Performance Analysis and Reporting (P&L): Elaborating and analyzing
detailed financial reports and Profit and Loss statements (P&L/DRE)
extracted via ERP, providing visibility into project profitability and
supporting executive decision-making.
Contract and Procurement Management: Coordinating the lifecycle of
client contracts, from negotiation to onboarding, ensuring compliance with
deadlines, budgets, and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Compliance and Technical Documentation (ART/RRT): Supervising and
controlling the issuance of essential documents, such as ART and RRT,
ensuring full technical and legal compliance with professional councils
(CREA/CAU).
External Partner Management (Legal and Accounting): Strategic interface
with legal advisors and external accounting firms, ensuring the integrity of
the company's tax, labor, and contractual obligations.
IT Infrastructure and Operations: Administration of hardware and software
licensing, ensuring information security, availability of design tools, and
productivity support for employees.
General Administration and Facilities: Leadership of physical
infrastructure and administrative routines, focusing on fixed cost
optimization and the efficiency of the office's internal operational
workflows.
