Key Achievements: • Double-digit growth of St. Dalfour in Brazil for four consecutive years, positioning the brand as a benchmark within the company. • Recognized globally by St. Dalfour HQ as the country/distributor with the best digital strategy — considered a best practice in over 80 countries. • Creator of an educational project for Ahmad Tea, inspiring a deeper tea culture in Brazil and strengthening the brand’s emotional connection with consumers. • Led the development of promotional materials and visual campaigns that became internal best practices across categories. Main responsibilities & highlights: • Development and execution of 360º Marketing & Trade Marketing plans, from strategy to retail execution. • Full ownership of P&L and marketing budget. • Product launches and brand activations across key channels (Retail, On/Off Trade, e-commerce). • Pricing strategy, margin control, and competitor analysis. • Regulatory (ANVISA/MAPA) and nutritional labeling coordination. • Strong integration with S&OP and importation teams for inventory and demand planning. • Close collaboration with Sales to develop Joint Business Plans (JPB) and trade activities for national accounts. • Development of POS materials and in-store visual merchandising. • Management of PR, communication, and digital agencies. • Digital strategy and social media calendar management (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter). • Internal trainings and incentive campaigns to support sales teams.
