Compliance & Audit Support Fixed asset and inventory verification audits Tracking tools for statutory dues (e.g.taxes, insurance) Internal control evaluation and gap identification 5. Financial Strategy & Cost Optimization Startup financial planning and pitch deck reviews Cost structure analysis and development of cost-saving strategies Forecasting models to support strategic decisions and investor relations 6. Automation & Digital Enablement Automation of cost allocations, payroll, and finance processes using Python or other tools Enhancement of financial analysis with advanced Excel, Python, or BI tools Development of dynamic business dashboards for performance monitoring 7. Training & Capability Building Staff training on finance operations, reporting, and compliance Mentoring for accounting teams and business owners Onboarding finance teams to new systems and reporting standards
