May. 2015 - Dec. 2018Qatar*Ensure successful implementations of consumer / customer promotions and all new product launches •Guide development of channel execution plans aligned with platform / category priorities •Manage agencies supporting the marketing / category execution plan in alignment with deliverables •Develop and deliver category product knowledge & new launch trainings to enhance capabilities of sales teams •Leverage consumer / customer insight, market dynamics via market research and market visits
•Be the commercial lead for all projects in accordance to the New Product Development & Introduction procedures •Monitor the competitiveness of the portfolio in terms of pricing or trade activities, and customer relevance of value proposition and take appropriate actions •Recommend and propose the optimum PFME support to drive platform growth and profitability *Develop an annual and long range strategic plan for the portfolio, identify growth opportunities and *develop key strategies and tactics to enable delivery of financial objectives Work with Sales to deliver the budget, manage and set customer pricing, build total value proposition, support trade and customer shows, prepare category reviews to help to select customers *Develop innovation strategy and commercialization plans by supporting insight development and application, portfolio integration, list price and cross channel pricing decisions *Support monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by working with Demand Planning to prepare monthly SKU forecasts and participating in consensus activities *Prepare management reporting and advise on category trends and business performance utilizing internal and external data sources
*Manage and report monthly marketing spend vs. forecast and track/monitor customer activations (coupons, promotions, etc.) in support of the annual marketing plan.
