Upsold and Cross-sold to existing clients, delivering a positive benefit to the company’s bottom line. Had a customer retention rate of 94% and 97%, over two consecutive years this being ~ 10% above the company average, denoting me a top performer. In addition, exceeded personal sales targets in both years.
