Firstly I am responsible for the performance and success of our rental agents (front line employees), in meeting their Incremental Sales targets. Secondly I look after Corporate Sales (B2B Sales), working to grow the number of companies that use Sixt for their mobility needs both at home in Ireland and across the 105 countries where Sixt has a presence. Thirdly I am responsible for completing both the initial induction training for all new employees in the company but also identifying and completing the companies training needs on both a structured and ad hoc basis.
