Apr. 2008I was a co researcher on a Ministry of Health and Long Term Care project assessing Leadership Development status and needs in long term care facilities. I was a research assistant on a project with Queens University that was investigating recruitment, retention and practice issues for nurses working in rural settings within one LHIN in Ontario. More recently I have been serving as a Research Assistant for the RNAO in the development and revision of best practice guidelines. I am currently co creating a systematic review for the conflict BPG.
