I help customers not just implement the product, but truly integrate it into their workflows for secure collaboration, compliance, and growth. • Drive strategic onboarding, adoption, and retention initiatives for customers across the UK&I, Nordics, and Middle East, with a focus on maximizing value from their plans.
• Lead tailored enablement sessions on secure file sharing, virtual data rooms (VDR), watermarking, SSO, and the User Management Tool (UMT), aligning configurations to each client’s security and compliance framework. • Reconnect and re-engage churn-risk or low-adoption accounts through proactive outreach.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges, capture feedback, and influence product roadmap priorities. • Champion internal improvements by designing QBR frameworks, contributing to marketing and enablement content, supporting SE bandwidth, and shaping scalable EMEA engagement strategies.
• Leverage a versatile tech stack including Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, Podio, GoToWebinar, JIRA, and Pendo to streamline communication, track adoption data, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
