The business I currently own had been in our family for more than 40 years, I was entrusted with it's ownership since 2017, I have been working in it officially since 2012 after graduating college but my experience started with helping out around the business since I was young. Being in a family business had shaped my heart to care for what someone had put all their life into, it also broadened my skills by playing different roles in the business, to fill in the gaps, troubleshoot, and being in the food service industry - I work in a high pressure and time sensitive environment, with everything working out on it's own now at our family business I have less things to do and more time in my hands, we are a small business and do not wish to expand any further thus I wanted to contribute everything I know to do as an asset to someone else's dream.
