In my time in this role, we have tripled the size of our staff, added a highly successful B2B onboarding service offering, and tested 100+ new technology platforms to advance our deliverables and get every client hired faster! Areas of Responsibility include:
Company vision planning, core liaison to all ECP vendors and service providers. Lead decision-maker on service delivery enhancements, new technology adoption, and new product and service go-to-market planning and execution. Oversee the development of a Modernized Service Model and Staff Training. Daily Strategic Guidance of Marketing Operations and Service Optimization Teams. Negotiate vendor agreements and nurture ongoing win-win relationships with key partners such as LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Seamless.AI, Salesforce, Careerflow.ai, Careerbuilder, Paylocity and more. Also direct Lead Generation and Marketing, Creation of and ongoing maintenance of Internal and External Email Marketing Programs, Creative Oversight of all Brand Materials (videos, infographics, case studies, Sales Collateral), Quality Assurance Programs, and the Social Media Content Calendar. Collaborate to lead a staff of 60.
