Feb. 2015 - Nov. 2015City of Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa• Design and create leadership development programs. • Provide leadership and effective management of business unit staff to influence employee commitment to the organization, to the team, and to their job. • Assesses, recommends, creates, and implements leadership development processes, tools, resources, and solutions and/or organization development interventions based on strategic or tactical business plans. • Utilizes expert facilitation skills in conducting leadership and professional development programs for mid to senior levels across the organization. • Delivers leadership development courses and workshops in alignment with the organization’s goals. • Maintain knowledge of industry trends in leadership development. • Establish, execute, and monitor the rollout of leadership development programs as required. • Provide support for leadership development programs, as needed. • Build common leadership and professional skills for all employees. • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter / content experts, business partners and vendors to create and design new content, tools and learning solutions to meet RCL Foods leadership capabilities needs.
