Currently, a Senior HRBP at Danone, managing a budget of approximately R480 million and a headcount of around 300 employees. The role
includes building relationships with Directors and COE leads, executing culture transformation initiatives, and managing talent management
programs. In my previous roles, I have demonstrated the ability to lead and innovate. As a Talent Optimisation Executive at Business
Connection, I designed and implemented talent management programs and developed talent strategies. At Tiger Brands, I developed
