Primary role was strategy definition, risk mitigation, supplier selection (through competitive Ecommerce bid), negotiation of pricing and legal contract, development of the project and application of the service.
Advanced knowledge of the Software and Cloud Services was applied, as well as high level of negotiation skills of legal contracts for Partnership with Software suppliers, who were graded by the end of the year by the contract negotiator based on performance, product/price relationship, customer service, etc.
Responsible for managing commodities/categories worldwide, including goods and services that support the company and its customers. Including category strategies; supply base development to meet the company and customer requirements. • Supplier contracting and negotiations; supplier qualification; and establishing quality processes / resolution of quality issues.
• Emphasis on strategy, supplier development, negotiations, business relationships, quality, cost, assurance of supply and predictability.
• Development of the company procurement strategies, policies and tactics required to achieve objectives.
